Out of 51 submissions, Edward Reyna got 2nd place in the Congressional App Challenge in the 15th Congressional District of Texas! Patrick Roberts from the Vicente Gonzalez office presented Edward with a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol and a certificate! Great job Edward!
