Western Willacy County in deep south Texas... * Until 215 PM CDT Monday. * At 227 PM CDT, Doppler radar and reports from emergency managers indicate areal flooding is across portions of the warning area. The areal flooding developed from heavy rain due to thunderstorms that moved through the area last night. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain fell last night in addition to the rainfall from Hurricane Hanna that fell last weekend. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
